This content provides some description and links to teaching and training material used in events offered by the PUNCH Young Academy (PYA) to scientists from the PUNCH4NFDI consortium and beyond.

Professional Git and Clean Code Training Materials

This online training took place on 23 and 24 May 2024 and was offered by Alessandro Sciarra from ITP - Frankfurt University. In this 2-days training, without any knowledge prerequisite, the trainees learn how to use Git professionally as well as many basic clean code principles and techniques. Thanks to the numerous exercise and discussion sessions, the trainees immediately apply what they learn and therefore they will be able to immediately switch gear in their daily work.
